Are you ready to celebrate? Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day is a unique food holiday to promote traditional cheesemaking practices and the artisanal producers.
This is a chance to engage with costumers and talk about the benefits of cheeses made with raw milk. Did you know that over 90% of US cheese lovers believe they should be able to choose raw milk cheeses and 86% want to support artisan producers when they choose raw milk cheeses.
We invite you to host a tasting event, or create a special menu item, welcome consumers in your farm, or give a special discount to encourage people to try new raw milk cheeses. On Saturday, 22 April 2017 there will be celebrations all around the world.
